■ Returns and exchanges due to initial defects or damage <br>If the product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product . After checking, we will respond with a return or exchange.

■ Returns due to differences in fragrance expectations <br>Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on fragrance preferences.
